Rubber masterbatch ZDBC-80

The carrier type can be customized according to customer requirements. In addition to EPDM/EVM carriers,
nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, acrylate rubber and epichlorohydrin rubber carriers are also supported.

Compared with traditional powdered ZDBC, Actmix® ZDBC-80GE F140 has the following advantages:
All raw material ZDBC with particle size below 100µm has been screened, and no dust will be generated when processed into masterbatch,
which will not cause skin irritation and protect the health of operators;
ZDBC-80 masterbatch is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier, which effectively ensures the activity of ZDBC;
The masterbatch does not stick together at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at low temperatures such as 50℃,
improving the dispersion quality of ZDBC in rubber compounds;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, free of impurities,
which will not clog the screen during extrusion products production, reducing scrap rate and improving production efficiency;
It has good compatibility with different rubbers.

Note: G- stands for granules, P- stands for flakes, E- stands for using EPDM as carrier,
N- stands for using NBR as carrier, S- stands for using SBR as carrier, A- stands for using ACM as carrier,
EO- stands for using ECO as carrier, F140 stands for filtration micron number and filter mesh size.
